Forms Cloud - How to view suspended processes, why do quick searches not work?

asked on February 16, 2021 Show version history

I am trying to see if there are any suspended processes in Forms Cloud. When I check Contains Suspended Tasks and click search it states some selected options are invalid.

Also if I try to pick a built in quick search, it also says some selected options are invalid. Isn't the idea of a quick search an example of a working search with all selected options being valid?

On top of this, I was trying to work around the issue of looking for suspended tasks by creating a search with all my processes selected and I get a message that says you cannot select more than 10 processes.

It seems no matter what I do, it says you cannot you cannot

In cloud, you can only query across 10 processes at a time. To get this result, you'll currently have to query in batches of 10.

I also recommend setting up suspended task notifications which will alert you via email or in the notification bell when a task is suspended.

How would I see if a system has any suspended tasks? As an administrator of the server

There is no good dashboard for this currently. We will have to build those queries into the Monitor page or the Insights charts to display this information efficiently.

Ok, I just need a way to see what might be suspended during certain events when assisting. If something appears to be wrong or may have affected many instances I can verify if everything is working correctly.
