Issue when trying to access Forms

We have a few users, and myself, that have experienced this strange issue when accessing Forms. We all typically use bookmarks straight the base site ending in "/forms". When the issue occurs we, per usual, are taken through a LFDSSTS url,https://baseURL/LFDSSTS/?wa=wsignout1.0&wreply=https%3a%2f%2flf.nctcog.org%2fForms%2fHome%2fTasks%2f , and the page constantly reloads with message displayed on the screen saying "If you are not redirected automatically, follow this url". Unfortunately, we did not get the URL that they referenced.

The two workaround we have used is either; use a different browser or deleted the text appearing after the domain ".org/" and replace with our normal "forms".

Just curious if anybody has seen this and resolved also,

Did you experience after been idle for some time? We have a known bug in Forms 10.4.0 and Forms 10.4.1 when Forms and LFDS are installed on same machine, it has been fixed since Forms 10.4.2.

We face the same problem when the session is idle for more than 30 minutes. We have already upgraded to Forms 11 and we face this issue. Any resolution?

Hi Soumaia,

Could you contact your reseller to open a support ticket for you? I assume the Forms configuration is wrong somewhere, our support team can look into it for you.
