The OCR process doesn't run at the end of the page

Hi all!

Using Import Agent, I'm downloading and ocerising some PDF from Windows to Laserfiche.

But Yesterday, something strange was happened. The end of my document wasn't ocerised.

The document was 97 pages and from the begining to the 86n pages the document is ocerised but not from 87 to 97.

 

I don't have any errors.

 

Someone know why and how to resolve this?

Please open  a support case. There is not enough information to troubleshoot. It could be that you have Import Agent set to extract text from the PDF and there is not a text layer in these files. Or it is possible that OCR times out on these pages. Please attach screenshots of your configuration and sample PDFs to your case.

Hi Miruna,

My customer didn't renew the LSAP. That's why I'm trying to find solution on the Forum.
