I'm not sure if you're asking about failover clustering for the Laserfiche application services at the OS-level or failover clustering for VMs hosting Laserfiche services at the hypervisor-level.

Laserfiche Server and Laserfiche Full-Text Search services do support Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC). Forms and Workflow services do not officially support WSFC.

We generally recommend against WSFC for Laserfiche services as it is usually more trouble than it's worth and you cannot protect all Laserfiche services with the technology.

We do recommend Hypervisor-level HA solutions like VMware HA and Hyper-V Failover Clustering which protect Laserfiche VMs as a whole and are transparent to the Laserfiche services.
