Connector-Windows RDP

Hello,

We have a customer who would like to use Connector to grab an LF Forms Application page and then place the data on another Forms Application Page. The Process happens via RDP.

We seem to be hitting two issues:

1. Unable to use Javascript or UI automation, as it states Chrome is not configured for either. We have verified that Chrome is configured correctly based on the Help file we have looked at for these settings.

2. We reinstall Connector and we get the Profile to build (No Chrome Errors), but it will not populate the data

Is Connector a viable candidate to work in this type of scenario.

Hi Jeff,

The RDP element in the scenario isn't clear.

Are users RDP'ing to an instance and then everything is running within that session (both Forms pages and Connector)?

Is one Forms page and Connector local, the second Forms page is open on a machine accessed through an RDP session, and then they're trying have connector copy data through the RDP session to the second Forms page?

We might be able to provide some guidance once we have a better understanding of what's where.
