I am a newly hired Records and Information Management manager for a small city in Texas, Horseshoe Bay. 

My manager shared with me a possible resource made available to EMPOWER attendees. It was a model representation of city records and how Laserfiche could be implemented to meet the needs of city record keeping in the respository.  If anyone has this in a format to share with me, that would be great. If you don't have it, but know a point person who possibly does; I would love the reference also.
