Unrecoverable Form - Red exclamation mark in Start Process list.

Hi 

 

Could someone help me diagnose why my client is having the following experience;

 

They are getting the following on LF Mobile when submitting a form;

 

They are also getting the red exclamation mark at the end of a form name under the Start Process list;

 

 

Has anyone had this before and can anyone help? Client is becoming frustated.

Hi Mark,

The InvalidDataSent error happens when submission fields data mismatches fields in latest form. 

Looks like your client is submitting an offline form in LF Mobile. So the error may happen if the form has been changed after client downloaded offline form to local device. If that's the case, client can download offline form again to update to latest then submit from there, or simply submit form online.

Hi Ziyan,

Thanks for the quick response. I'm not sure if the user is going to offline forms. They are doing a familiarization so they fill out part of the form in the Yachts bridge and then may have to move and fill out another part on the deck and then another part in the engine room. Whilst doing this the form is kept open, the times between filling in certain sections of the form may vary but it is a single open instance from start to end.
