User Can't Sign In to Forms

We use single sign on for laserfiche forms. I'm onboarding one user, same credentials as everyone else, but when she selects "Windows Authentication" as the method to login to forms, she's prompted to enter her username and password.

This is happening with various browsers (chrome and IE). Their settings are the same as everyone else.

Anyone know how best to trouble shoot this?

Try signing in using Domian\Windowslogin & their windows password into the username and password box, to prove that Windows authentication is Working.

 

Has the user changed their AD password recently, when was the last time User Synchronisation happened?

She had recently changed her password. Is forms synchronization different from the repository, as she can still login into the latter. Is there a way to manually sync?

Hi Robyn, yes Forms has a sync schedule to LDFS and is configured in Forms Configuration. Typically by default it is set to 24 hours. If you log into Forms with an accounts that has Forms Admin rights, under your name drop down, you can go to Administration and in the user area you can choose the Manual Sync button.
