Email Archive - Emails won't save to repository sometimes - Event Viewer Errors

Sometimes, Email Archive won't save emails to my repository, sometimes it will. Attached are screenshots of some errors that the application is throwing. Anyone else experience this?

I'm getting an Email Import Error, Import Attachment Error, SMTP Error

Hi, 

If you're using the SMTP method, I would strongly encourage you to switch to the newer and more reliable IMAP method introduced in more recent versions. More explanation at the links below:

Thanks for the reply. I think we're on an older version of import agent / email archive (10.3)

I don't have the option to select "IMAP" anywhere on the General Tab.

I see. Yes, the IMAP option was added in 10.4. You can find the most recent version (as of this posting) here: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014197/list-of-changes-for-import-agent-10-4-0-update-1
