A client of ours is importing pdf documents that have been written using an Apple Pencil. However, when the written annotation is not preserved during the import process (Import Agent or Drag and Drop). Other annotations on the same page are preserved. 

On this screenshot below, the black writing is only shown on the original pdf vs the image view of the Laserfiche Client.

Any suggestions on how or if this can be resolved?
