Extracting text from an OCR document

Can someone point me in the direction of selecting text from an OCR'ed document. Then passing that the texted extracted to a field on the template.

Below is an example of the data I need to extract from the OCR'ed document.

You could set up a Workflow with Pattern Matching that would detect this Transaction ID and put it in a token.

 

This token could then be assigned to a field using Assign Field Values.
