how to turn off this message "the submission has been completed successfully" ?

If you have a message start event, you can go to the Process Diagram. Click on the Start Event in your process and then Event Completion. Unclick "Show a follow up message".

I am actually talking about the green bar popping up after submitting the form. It says "The submission has been completed successfully"
What kind of start event are you using?
I'm using the default start event, except when the user click a submit button it will launch the next task which is a form on the same process. I set so that it will launch it if the initiator is the same person that is assigned to the next task.
I don't think you can get rid of it. Does it not just disappear within a couple seconds?
