I have a few users that have gotten an error when using the web access scan tool. It says "Could Not Find File in C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Laserfiche Scanning\tempfilename.tif"
The error is intermittent and we are not sure how the error is being generated. From what I have been told, the same user will be scanning fine before and after restarting if the error occurs.
Tried to look it up real quick and am not find anything. Has anyone had any experience with this error?
