Aspire Business Process Certification Course Progress is NOT updating correctly!!

I am a new student in the Aspire Business Process Certification course and I'm having real trouble getting the courses to reflect the fact that I have already watched, interacted AND tested my knowledge in each section. In all three sections of the course so far, I have had to watch the entire section as many as three times!! In my current section, the course refuses to acknowledge that I have in fact viewed the conclusion of the course and therefore will not show that the course is completed. Every other chapter of the course shows a completed check box in the table of contents. Is there something I'm missing here??!!?? Needless to say, I'm getting VERY frustrated and wasting a lot of my employer's time. If this isn't the appropriate place to post this issue, I'd be glad to be pointed in the right direction.

Replying to give this issue more attention.

 

I just enrolled this week in a course and I am having the same issues. I'll make sure to go through everything in a chapter more than once and the progress still doesn't update.

 

Currently the only workaround is to contact customer support and have them manually mark complete wherever you're stuck at. This isn't really ideal since the issue seems to repeat for me as well as having to repeat waiting for Lf support to get to my issue.

I am having similar trouble; just trying to get a video to mark as completed. I have launched and finished the second video in Getting Started with LF 10 several times, using both my Mac and PC. I then took and completed the Aspire User training to make sure I wasn't missing something. It's very unfortunate, because after dropping $1K of my personal funds, I set aside the whole day to make substantial progress and I am unable to :/

Hi Hilarie,

We're sorry about the progression issues you've been having with your Certification course in Aspire. We are actively updating our courses to resolve this issue for users moving forward (not everyone encounters it, but as shared in the thread here it does happen from time to time), in addition to updating the content to Cloud/11.

In the meantime, please email Aspire@Laserfiche.com when these issues arise and someone from our team will be able to resolve it for you so you can continue with the courses. We strive to respond in a timely manner and within 24 hours latest.
