I have some users that are importing .msg file types into the repository using the windows client. They are generating pages on these messages so that they can view them in the document preview pane, however one user has been getting blank pages when they generates pages. It seems to be intermittent as we tested other msg files and it worked fine. I thought it might be an issue with her OCR engine, so I reinstalled the windows client, but that did not fix the issue. We're on version 10.3.

Does anyone have any ideas what's going on?
