Hello,
We have an internal Laserfiche system with the web client installed on the Laserfiche server. We've noticed cases where accessing the login page, as well as logging in after entering Laserfiche credentials, can take upwards of 45 seconds. Most of the time it takes 5-7 seconds.
We have the web client log level set to debug. We can see in the event log things like "CheckConnected (Browse.aspx.OnLoad) took 26567ms." and "WebAccessPage Load (browse.aspx) took 23396ms." Other times those same events take 6000ms. Does anyone have any guidance on what might cause these fluctuations? We're not using SSL, if that matters. Once we get logged in, we don't notice any latency in navigating between folders or viewing documents.
Please let me know if there is more information I can provide that might be useful. Thanks!

The event viewer has a channel for reporting Laserfiche Web Client performance issues:
The next level down is to inspect the RepositoryAccess logs, they show how long each request to the Laserfiche server took:

Hi Robert,
Thanks for the reply. Here's an event from the event log that I think pertains to the 7 second delay in logging in:
I can't find anything in the repository access trace log with a similar request time. I'm sure there could be a million reasons why it's consistently taking 7 seconds to login, but any guidance on where I can look for more info based on this LoginService.Login web request? I can certainly open a support case since this is getting pretty specific.
Thanks for the help!
