reCAPTCHA server name? Port?

I have an environment where Forms can not connect to the reCAPTCHA server, but using the same keys outside of the environment works just fine.

Tried to troubleshoot with IT, but I don't have a server name for which it is trying to connect to, or a port. Does anyone know what the connection information is for the reCAPTCHA service?

When I click Test reCAPTCHA it just crashes, not the browser, but the testing method. The button becomes unusable and the message about generating freezes.

Forms uses reCAPTCHA v2. The browser's dev tools should show the call and its URL.

I checked the console and network tab of the dev tools and did not see anything. But then I realized, if the call is happening from the browser, which is running from the server, maybe it works for outside users. I tried enabling it on a form and hit the form from my local network, everything works fine! So something was just interfering with the test.
