Audit Trail didn't record anymore

Hi all,

 

I checked Audit Trail for a customer and surprise ! I don't have any data inside from 2016 until now.

 

 

I checked and restarted the service and nothing.

 

Under the Laserfiche Administration Console, I don't have the node "Audit".

 

Did I miss something?

That is evidence that in 2016 it had a license file that included Audit Trail. Maybe it was a demo or temporary license?

In any event, one node up in the Admin Console will show you server information. The "Features" value will contain a value for Audit Trail if it's part of the license.

Is the LF Server licensed for audit trail? That's what would control the UI of the admin console, and would explain why it's not logging.

In my mind, if the audit saved data in 2016 that means the LF Server licensed for audit trail, right?

 

How can I check it?
