New Browser Window Desktop not working

I have a user that cannot open a new browser window in desktop. She cannot through the option under file or if she searches an item and tries to click on the folder that she finds. What happens it the new window looks like it is going to open, but it does nothing.

 

This is on Windows 10, Desktop Laserfiche. Version 10.1. We have done a repair, full uninstall and reinstall. We even tried a system restore. There was nothing done on her computer, no new software installed. It worked yesterday morning. After lunch the issue started.

Is this a shared trustee login? Do other users have multiple Monitors, and this user only has one?

Even if the above aren't true, it's likely the newly opened window is OFF the SCREEN.

You can bring it back following these steps:

Click on Laserfiche in the taskbar so it's selected.

Hover over the 'new window' preview.

Right click on the preview and choose move.

Press ANY of the arrow buttons.

Now move the mouse, hopefully the window will be stuck to it.

Single click to drop it.
