Would anyone know why a user is able to import documents into LF from file explorer, but isn't able to drag and drop files into LF?
Are they Dragging Files or Folders?, the WebClient does not support Folder Import, just file import, where the Windows Client supports both.
This is for the desktop application. She's saying that she's been able to drag documents into the repository just fine up until today, and I can't identify any changes that have been made to cause this.
Are you saying that she can use the Import button and it works fine, but Drag and Drop does not?
Yes, she can use the blue Import Button on top, but she can't drag and drop
Think you likely need to open a support ticket or attend a CFW to see what they say
Sorry Steve, I just got on a screenshare with the user and it turns out she can't drag and drop anything anywhere on her PC, not just Laserfiche, so it sounds like it's not a Laserfiche issue. Sorry to waste your time.
