Hello,
We have a customer, who reached out to state a sporadic issue where internal personnel cease to be able to use their AD creds to log into LF.
They have to revert to using the create PW option and have the user login with LF Username/PW.
We tried the option to remove the Domain Account and re-add, but the delete does not hold after removing it and clicking ok.
There were no AD property changes to the user.
I feel like I have seen this before, but searched and could not find anything.
Any pointers greatly appreciated.
