Hi everyone!

I have a client experiencing an issue with purging documents from their recycle bin.  It appears to be stuck on at least one entry and the error message is not one I have seen before and could not find anything in answers regarding it.

"Entry cannot be restored or purged because an ancestor folder was recycled.  Perform the operation on the ancestor folder."

Has anyone else seen this error before?  Thanks!
