Can't attach a Forms upload as an email attachment in workflow

Good Morning All,

 

I believe I am just missing something, however when I try to attach a forms upload to an email inside of a for each file loop, I don't have the "current file" exposed as an email attachment option.

A support case was filed. The issue was found to be a bug (301120). The issue depends on the number of collection fields being retrieved by the "retrieve business process variables" activity as well as the placement of the "email" activity within the workflow definition itself. When there are more than 18 items to display in the "select a file to attach" section, that's when the problem occurs.

This thread will be updated again when a fix is available.

Hi Jason, "New Attachment" dialog for the "Email" activity to support larger file lists (18+ items) has been fixed on Workflow 12.
