1. To have a centralize/ repository of drawings
   1. Supports CAD file format
   2. Files size limitation – for clarification
2. To have a mobile application for viewing the drawings
3. To have controls of drawings in the database (e.g., version)
4. User access level and approval workflow
5. Available integration with CAD and Laserfiche (where I can open the Laserfiche document on CAD viewer or application)
6. Location metadata
