Also, we are using domain account that is a member of the Local Admin and LFDS Admin groups on the Server.
Thanks,

Hi Jeff,
Just to be sure, this user is not marked disabled in Active Directory right? Are there other users that can successfully log in to LFDS or is this the only one that has been tested? Also, is this a new installation or an existing installation that shows this error out-of-the-blue?
Hey Chase,
This is a Domain Support Account we use to access the customer's server (Existing Instal)
We have not heard of any other users having login issues.
I am wondering if the issue is due to the fact that their 3rd Party IT disables the account when we are not using it to access the LF Server.
I did have to add this account to the local LFDS Admin Group, but the account was showing in the Local Admin Group (Probably because their 3rd Party added it back).
Thanks for the Help,
Jeff Curtis
Ah gotcha, that would be a problem. LFDS will check to make sure the user is enabled in AD before issuing a login token. Feel free to update this post if you determine that the account is enabled in AD but the problem still occurs.
Hello Chase,
So it sounds like the 3rd Party IT has our account disabled until we request access to the Server. Once we request access the account is re-enabled in AD.
I am thinking the disabled/re-enable process has caused an issue with the domain service accounts ability to connect to LFDS.
Looking in the DS->WebAdmin->Admin Logs, I see many critical Level Errors related to the User Not Enabled Error on the Web Page.
Do we need to have our Domain account, pulled and resynced?
Appreciate your feedback,
Jeff Curtis
The errors in the WebAdmin logs are going to be thrown every time a disabled user tries to access the LFDS website, that shouldn't be related to the service user. Have you noticed anything functionally wrong with the service user after re-enabling it? I would assume that disabling and re-enabling would not harm anything, but it may be worth a service restart if you notice strange behavior.
Hello Chase,
For all other LF resources (Client, Admin Console, WF), no issue.
Forms is an issue, as this customer is using LFDSSTS, so the fact that I can't hit LFDS also means I am unable to access Forms.
I have restarted LFDS and Forms Routing on more than one occasion to try and resolve this issue.
Anything else I should look at or should I open an LF Support case to further troubleshoot?
Appreciate the feedback,
Jeff Curtis
So to clarify: the service user(s) for all of the end applications and LFDS are enabled and the user you are logging in as is enabled, but login fails anyway? If so it might be worth opening a support case so we can look at the system more in depth.
Thanks Chase
I will follow up with Support

Do we have a fix for this yet, other than creating a new account. Where is the override that allows a customer to disable our access, even when we are a member of the DS admins group.
