Attaching forms with action history

Is it possible to attach action history page as well when attaching Form from the email activity in the business process?

I would like to see this, as well. Maybe a feature request?

In addition, maybe the ability to attach the history as the last page(s) instead of the first in the repository.

Hi, we now support include action history in Email Notification on Forms 11 Update 4.

Here is a video that shows it being done with the save to repository task, but the email notifications are setup the same way:
