Email Archiver SMTP Depreciation - will SMTP option be removed?

Hi All,

 

I am curious if with the SMTP option within the Email Archiver being noted as "Depreciated" if this feature is going to be removed at some point in a future release. Does anyone know if any plans for that option to be removed, leaving just the IMAP option?

We will likely remove it entirely in a future release. We recommend that customers create any new Email Archive profiles using the IMAP option and migrate/recreate any existing SMTP profiles as IMAP ones.
