Bring tasks for offline use

Hello,

Would anyone know if you are able to pull an existing task for offline use? I have a user that wants to be able to pull existing tasks they have assigned to them under the 'My Tasks' pane to their offline section on their mobile app. Would anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, the user can pull an existing task for offline use given the task is configured to allow it being saved offline in Forms.

Barna this is very helpful. After configuring this though and trying the offline mode it appears that there is some type of login screen but there is no text. Have you seen this before?

In case anyone comes across this same issue, it was with the Laserfiche app on the new iOS having issues being supported. Works completely fine on an updated Android.

I have an iPad on iOS 15.2 and an Android phone on Android version 12 with a similar problem. Almost all of the offline forms show blank pages when they are opened. Has there been a resolution to this problem?

Hi Carlos. There was no official resolution, we worked with support and they noted a bug and said it would be patched in another release but that has not happened yet. We ended up switching to a newer Android device and giving the app full permissions to the storage locations and it fixed our issue.

Hi Carlos, the mentioned IOS issue wasn't filed as a bug and we couldn't reproduce at the moment. Please open a support case for further investigation.
