Nothing happens when trying to send an email from the LF client

In Laserfiche - right clicking document to send in an email.. The email does not open.. Any ideas?

Are other things that trigger emails popping up in your email software?  Things like clicking a "mailto" link?

Mail to works.. He is using LF version 10.4.2 and Outlook 2008
