How to Set size limit for file upload by LF Client?

Trying to put a limit on users uploading large files (video) using LF Client.  It looks like there is an option within WEB ACCESS https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1000783/modifying-the-maximum-upload-size-limit to limit, and that's what we need for the LF Client.  Has that option been made available?

This is not currently supported (also no longer supported in Web Access). Can you clarify why you would like to be able to set a size limit?

Robert, the Customer is looking to manage the size of uploads by the Users, coming in from 20+ Municipal Departments.  Some of the police files are videos, and can be larger than 100mb, so they would like to put a cap on file sizes.
