Days should be greater than or equal to 1825 days condition

Hi Team,

Hope doing well

 

I have a scenario, if any solution than help me to out of this

Scenario

Employee starts a process and when employee select his employee id than date of joining is auto populated and if employee is less than 05 years from his date of joining than system should be through a error message

Are you familiar with lookup rules? You could have the form lookup the employee's start date, do a calculation on that value with JavaScript, and display an alert if it's less than 1825 days.
