Forms v 10.4.4.444 Error Message

We updated last week to Forms 10.4.4.444. I see in the Forms Config that there are new features to define for File Storage Location. I do not have this section setup, IS it Required?

I am getting an error now when my Forms are trying to write to the Repository from the "Save to Repository Task". Several Forms, not just one. The error from the "View Logs" shows this below:

The PDF generator was unable to contact the Laserfiche Forms server. Please ensure your SSL settings are correct. [LFF4112-PdfNetworkError]

That feature to change file storage location is not required and should not cause the error you see. What that feature does is allow you change the actual storage location of files uploaded to your forms from the Forms database to a specific folder path on your Forms server machine. Many large organizations didn't want their Forms databases to fill up with file uploads and instead wanted to store them elsewhere on the server machine.

Check your save to repository task settings and make sure the repository profile can still connect to the repository and correctly uses SSL. If you still need help troubleshooting, open a support case so we can investigate the issue further.

We just did server migrations for our databases a week or so ago, and our Certifications are not valid at the moment, could that been the issue? My Profiles are working fine.

What does the part of the error message mean when it says: "The PDF generator was unable to contact the Laserfiche Forms Server", what is the PDF Generator????

The PDF generator is the tool used to take the web form and turn it into a PDF that is then saved into your repository. Based on the configuration in the save to repository task, it requires SSL to pass the generated PDF to the repository as part of the process. If your SSL certificates are invalid, this connection may be interrupted and prevent saving forms to the repository from working.

We have gone through our Certificates and still not resolving this issue. I noticed there is a check box on the Save to Repository Task for Profile called "Use SSL". I have never checked this box to use this and not sure if it is newly added or not, but when I do check it and try to verify and update I get this message:

What does this mean?
