In Laserfiche Cloud we have a records management top level folder named _Records. When I go to the records tab (next to the home tab) I have a lot of blank widgets where I can select a folder or Recent or Starred to the content to be displayed in the widget box. When I attempt to display the _Records folder or any of the subfolder I cannot select them as they do not appear at all. Is this a limitation with record management folders? I can create an _test folder and that displays so it is not the underscore in the top level folder name.
