Changing Form from Public to Restricted Access in Forms 10.4.5.282

We recently upgraded our Forms from version 10.3 to 10.4.5. I am trying to troubleshoot some forms and I cannot find the option where I can choose to restrict a form or make it public. Does anyone know where to find this option? Thanks,

When you upgraded, did you relicense Forms? It's possible it was re-licensed without Forms Portal which would cause that option not to show. Make sure you are using the Forms Portal license.

Yes, we upgraded lately. We tried your suggestion and it worked. Thank you very much.
