Forms: LFF2016-InvalidDataSent Error Public User Form Submission

Hello,

I have looked through LF Answers and can't seem to find how to resolve the issue a customer is having with Public User accessing Forms through the Portal, who are hitting the below error, due to length of time, they have the form open:

Invalid form data was sent to the server. This can occur if the form is out of date. Please refresh this form and try again. [LFF2106-InvalidDataSent]

I see posts that talk about updating IIS or Web Config files, but these do not speak to the settings for publicly facing forms I believe, filled out by the Public.

Hi Jeff,

Which version of Forms is used? There was a similar bug with public form and InvalidDataSent, but should be fixed already with 10.2.1 update 3

An anonymous user would receive an "Invalid data was sent to the server" error when the user attempted to submit a public form. The user can now successfully submit the form without receiving an error. (27625)
