I am using this URL to find a page with the heading "School Committee":

Unfortunately, earlier in the document is a page with the heading "Middlesex Regional Vocational Technical School Committee", which is the page that is returned.

Is there a way to specify that the search term is at the beginning of the line, or some other way to not match the Middlesex heading?
