Faild to create the BPOCRclient.BPProcessEX process

Hello

We use Laserfiche 9 with Win10. Please, what is the solution of below error:

 

I reinstall all SW components (Scanner driver, Laserfich Client, .Net, Scanconnect).

Do you have OCR installed? Is there more information in the event log?

This type of error will likely be easier to investigate through a support case.

Hello sir,

Thank you, Yes there is no OCR. I solve the problem, by just did not select Omnipage OCR from the config window and delete it.

Right, you either need to install OCR with the Laserfiche Client installation or not use the OmniPage OCR process in your scan session. Be aware that the Rotate process also needs OCR to be installed.
