Hopefully this is an easy solution that I'm just oblivious to.  We have a user trying to use photodocs' Custom Crop Tool.  When they open the editor window and click on the crop icon, the green bars display, but the overlay with the actual crop button is missing.  (It is working on my computer, where I got this screenshot)

I have tried resetting all tool bar options to their defaults with no luck.  I have also tried repairing the windows client installation and even a full uninstall & reinstall, but no luck.  (It is Windows Client version 10.4.2.236)

Another user in the same department with the exact same privileges/access rights doesn't have any trouble with the window opening, so it shouldn't be a permissions issue.

I couldn't see anything in the help page for the Custom Crop Tool beyond how to use it.  Hopefully I am just missing something obvious.
