Form field value disappears after submitting

The Job Name value here is populated from a SQL lookup along with Date and Job ID within a table. The only difference is it is marked Read-Only.

When submitted and checking the monitor page:

The Job Name is now empty.

I am running this on Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.3.1.635

The fields are inside table? Please open a support case with your exported process, the lookup rules configuration and record a video to ilustrarte the reproduce steps. We need to check with your process to see what is special as we can't reproduce with just read-only field which value is populated with lookup result.
