Anyone have an understanding of session timeouts using the Windows Client against a LF Cloud Repository? Users now having to re-login after some period of inactivity. Interest in extending the amount of time between timeouts.

Do you know about how long users are signed in before getting kicked out? I don't think there is a session timeout when using the windows client.

Is this a customer whose repository was migrated from self-hosted Laserfiche?

Can you open a support case, please? It might be caused by the idle timeout settings, but we currently don't have UI to reset that option. We'll check on the settings and go from there.
