I just recently upgrade the City from Laserfiche 9.0 to Laserfiche Client and Web Client 10.4.  We encouraged our users to use the Web Client instead of the IT department installing the Client on user’s PCs.  This has been working greatly for most of the City except for those users that are pulling up large plat drawings.  In the old 9.0 Client and in the 10.4 Client, users are able to select (zoom in on) parts of the record, hit "Print", then select “Print What” under the “Print Type” options.  From here, they would select “Zoomed area of image” and print out just the zoomed area.  With the Web Client 10.4 users are not able to select the “Print Type”.  Has anyone figured out a way to work around this print/zoom functionality?
