Hello Everyone, I keep getting this random issue with my users when they are editing Word documents in the repository. They hit the edit with button and the document opens into Word. They make the changes, and then try and close Word. They get prompted to add the version comments (version control is enabled on all these documents) and then nothing. The document never closes and we eventually have to force close Word. 

Sometimes I can fix it with a computer reboot. Sometimes I can fix it by clearing out the temp files that are left. Today neither of those worked. I make sure Office is up to date, I make sure Windows is up to date. We are on LF 10.4. The office monitor is on 10.4.2.232. All I'm looking for is some guidance on what else to try. What else should I try?
