Deactivation Import Agent license on a lost or stolen computer

We need to deactivate a license of the Import Agent on a computer that we lost (or stolen).

I saw the "Deactivating Laserfiche Products" KB: 1012301 (https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1012301/deactivating-laserfiche-products)
We don't have the hardware fingerprint and the host ID for this computer.

Is it possible to deactivate this license without the computer or do you have the information about the hardware fingerprint and the host ID in your files?

You will need to have your VAR open a Support Case with Laserfiche and provide the Activation Key used and Laserfiche should be able to supply you with the HWFP and HostID.
