Cannot connect to the Laserfiche Directory Server. [9528]

Hi Everyone,

 

How to solve this issue "Cannot connect to the Laserfiche Directory Server. [9528]", where the user cannot sign in to the repository. They get this error by signing in to the repository.

Is it only happening to one user or everyone?

If only one, have they ever logged in before?

Yes, only one user and that user sign-in before the error occurred.

Hi Calvin,

Our client told us that the user that encounter the error,  now it can sign-in.

We don't know how they solve this issue. We thinking maybe it's connection to the Laserfiche server.

Hi Rafael, thanks for the response, we found that recreating the user resolved the issue.
