I have been trying to troubleshoot with a couple of my users to see why some users can move pages out of a document to a new document but others cannot.  All users are in the same active directory group and all users have the same rights and permissions.

The users having issues are only having the issues when they are working remotely and have their wireless on.  But others can work remotely on wirelesss just fine.

I have trouble believing that is has anything to do with the speed of their internet since they can open the document without issue.  It is just splitting it that is an issue.  We started with 300-500 page files and they opened just fine.  We went to 15-20 page files and they opened just fine.

The second they highlight multiple pages (for example pages 2-5 of the original document) and right-click on the thumbnail image and select Move Pages To is where the issue comes in.  All they get is the little spinning wheel.  The dialog box never opens.

We are on Web Client 10.3.1.98 and repository 10.3.0.242 and working in Chrome 86.0.4240.198.

We have confirmed that any Laserfiche extensions installed are on.  We have confirmed the popup blocker is off.  We have confirmed they have rights to make new documents in the folder.  We have done internet speed tests.  We have checked and rechecked rights.  We have tried in other browsers.  IE 11 works randomly.  Chrome does not work at all for them.

Looking for more ideas on what to look at.  And what might be causing the issue.
