fill field with list of current users without separate database

Can Laserfiche forms fill a dropdown field with a list of all registered users without having to do a separate database? All the info is right in the Admin section...

Just trying to avoid constant updates.

The users information are stored in the cf_users table, you can add a data source with your Forms database and use lookup rule to populate the dropdown field with the username column from the cf_users table.

So the table in on the Forms server? I need to confirm before I have IT go hunting for it.

The table is in the Forms database where the Forms Server is configured to connect to, it may not be on the same machine as the Forms server as the database  is hosted in a SQL Server.

Is this possible within Laserfiche Cloud?

There is currently no trustee provider field available in forms in Laserfiche Cloud. The backend databases are not accessible to users.
