Creating Cloud user accounts with an Excel File

Is it possible to import Cloud Full and Participant Users into a cloud account using and Excel spreadsheet? Or does this have to be done manually?

Hi Sandy,

Yes, admins can use a CSV file to populate users. The "Import from CSV" button is on the Users tab of the Account Administration page. You can find detailed instructions in this help file.
