Hi, 

I want to know after how time of inactivity  Directory server (lfds) turn off the service of inactive server product?

Hi Khedidja,

I am not quite sure what you're asking, as LFDS does not turn off inactive products. If you're referring to Laserfiche Server being unable to contact LFDS, it will enter a grace period of 7 days before its license is invalidated.

i explain, i want to know after how long of invalidate licence of product, lfds stop it working ?

Once a product's license is invalid, it will stop working immediately. I am not sure if there is specific documentation about this.
