asked on November 20, 2020 Show version history

We have a site where if the PDF option is set to open in the client, it works fine, but if it is set to open with Acrobat, the client crashes.  In the Event Log, we see:

This is happening with both 10.4.1 and 10.4.2

They are running Acrobat Pro DC 2020.013.20064

This is a known issue that we have reported to Adobe, I will report back when there is an update (LF bug#282441).

Has this been fixed? I'm getting the same error with a couple different users who are using Adobe Acrobat DC rather than Reader. This was not happening a month ago to the same users.

I've tried uninstalling all things Laserfiche and Adobe, reinstalling Adobe, then Laserfiche, both 10 and 11.
