Just a quick issue that we came across in Laserfiche Forms 10.4.5.282.

As mentioned in some of my other posts, we use the heat map reporting function a lot! So much so that we've discovered what we think may be a bug when trying to download a report of the 'instances' at a certain step.

For example, if you have a big process with many tasks.. using the heat map view, you can target a step, and view how many tasks are stuck at that step.

When you click into the current instances, it loads up a nice filtered view of the instances that are open at that step.

I can't show the live instances here because of customer data, but I can show the download report icon I'm referring to.

When you click this button, you're presented with a window that lets you download the report.

We noticed that sometimes when you click "Download" it attempts to download but then shows an insufficient permissions error.

If you completely refresh the heat map report, and try again, it will work.

The issue it seems is as soon as the heat map report falls out of sync with reality, you can no longer grab the report.

We only notice this issue in our high volume processes because the tasks within them are changing almost every minute during work hours.

Any chance you guys are able to reproduce this at your end?
